PassengerGuard is a fear-of-flying app for iOS and Android. It combines structured, cognitive-behavioral training (8 modules, 36 lessons, 1:39h of audio) with a guided „Mental Flight" and an instant-relief feature that works offline in airplane mode during the flight. The training was evaluated and accompanied in a study at the Research and Treatment Center for Mental Health (FBZ) at Ruhr University Bochum and is professionally reviewed by PD Dr. André Wannemüller.
