Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the PassengerGuard app and all associated services provided by PassengerGuard UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Holzstrasse 5, 44575 Castrop-Rauxel, Germany.
§ 2 Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of the PassengerGuard app to support users in overcoming fear of flying. The app offers psychoeducational content, relaxation exercises and mental simulations. It is not a substitute for therapeutic treatment.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded through the purchase of the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The terms and conditions of the respective store operator also apply.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
Current prices, durations and renewal terms are displayed in the respective app store. PassengerGuard is offered as a subscription with selectable durations and an optional lifetime plan. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the respective store operator.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by the provisions of the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Please contact the respective store operator directly for any questions regarding withdrawal.
§ 6 Liability
PassengerGuard offers psychoeducational content to support users in coping with fear of flying. The app does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. In cases of severe fear of flying, we additionally recommend seeking professional help. No guarantee is given for the success of the measures.
§ 7 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is Dortmund. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
